Generally we ship with DHL (insured shipping with tracking number):

1-3 CD's: 5,00 EUR
4-7 CD's: 7,00 EUR (or 2LP's and 3 CD's)
up to 15 CD's: 15,00 EUR
up to 25 CD's: 15,50 EUR
more than 25 CD's: free!

We also offer shipping with UPS or DPD - just ask.
 

Shipping to NON EU-countries / worldwide:

Your order will be shipped within 24 hours after we receive your payment.

For deliveries in non-EU countries taxes may apply.
We do not charge german VAT (19 %) for deliveries in non-EU countries.
We do not charge german VAT (19 %) for deliveries to businesses with an own VAT-Number.
 

Our Returns Policy

You may return most items sold by Shamall's Online Shop within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
We also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our mistake.
If you want to return an item, please send an e-mail to contact@2lp.net.

We cannot accept returns of certain items, including:
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Any CD, cassette tape or vinyl record that has been opened (taken out of its plastic wrap).
