How can I place my order in Shamall's Online Shop?

When you find an album you want to buy, put it in your shopping cart by clicking "add to cart". Your item will be added to the cart. If you want, you can exchange the selected items in your cart or the quantity of the chosen items everytime, until you'll checkout. If you would like to change the quantity, just enter a new number of quantity in the "quantity field" and click "update shopping cart". To complete your order, click on the button "proceed to checkout" or "checkout with paypal".

Do you offer express checkout with paypal?
Yes, of course. If you have a paypal account, you don't need to register for a customer account in our shop. When you want to finish your order, just click on the button "checkout with paypal". We will ship your order to your paypal address.

Do I have to register in your shop?
No. If you don't want to register - no problem at all. You can purchase items by entering your address data and payment information.

Do you ship with airmail? How long does it take?
We ship our items with DHL (airmail). Your order is being tracked, so you have the warranty, that your items will be delivered to your home or you will be refunded. Shipping to most European countries take between 6-7 days, worldwide up to 14 days. If you need express shipping, just ask. We'll offer shipping with DHL express or UPS, too. What kind of payment do you accept?
Paypal, Credit Cards (through paypal), money order, cash on delivery or well-concealed cash in a registered. For more information please click [here].

Help!! The shopping cart is not functioning correctly...
You need to turn on your cookies and javascript for the store to function properly. Otherwise, it can not recognize you and things that you add to your shopping cart will not remain there. If there are still problems, please contact us immediately.
